Dr. Edward Lulo, MD is happy to provide psychiatric evaluations for legal or personal reasons. Though his Office is based in York, Pennsylvania, special circumstances will be considered on case by case basis for off site treatment and evaluations. Dr. Lulo visits Nursing homes for geriatric populations and assisted living facilities for special needs individuals.
Forensic psychiatry expertise and services range from review of documents and expert testimony to full child custody evaluations and § 5329 Evaluations specific for Pennsylvania, as well as Dementia and capacity evaluations, etc. Final Reports will be written for the courts, and respective client’s attorneys.
Regarding § 5329 Evaluations specific for Pennsylvania, we are able to provide a one-time evaluation commensurate with the amended requirements for this particular forensic psychiatric evaluation at a fixed rate affordable to most, however, this does not include testimony.
Psychotherapy can be necessary for all ages, couples and/or families. We currently do not accept insurance for this, but our services can be submitted to insurance companies by patients for reimbursement. Your time with the doctor is pressure-free and never rushed. Succeed in pain management and Attention deficit disorders with the addiction population and those individuals for whom narcotics are not the ideal long term option.
